A coaching session with me is an intentional pause — time to breathe, reflect, and realign with what matters most.
I offer a presence-based coaching approach that integrates mindful awareness, deep listening, and courageous conversation. Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what’s ready to grow.
Each session unfolds through curiosity and exploration. My role is to hold space, ask questions, and reflect patterns and insights you might not yet see. Your role is to bring openness and honesty to what is emerging.
The goal of our work is clarity and alignment — helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and translate that awareness into meaningful, sustainable action.
What You Can Expect
Presence
We begin by slowing down and noticing what’s here — your emotions, thoughts, and the larger context. Presence builds awareness and opens the door to transformation.
Clarity
Through guided reflection, you’ll gain insight into what drives you, what holds you back, and what values guide your choices.
Courageous Action
From awareness comes action. Together, we identify small, intentional steps that move you toward greater alignment and purpose.
Integration
Between sessions, I’ll invite you to engage in simple practices to help you integrate insights into daily life and leadership. Growth deepens through continued awareness and practice.
Structure and Format
We begin with a free discovery conversation to explore your goals and determine if coaching with me is the right fit.
Most clients meet for 60-minute sessions about every two weeks, for a duration of four to eight months. Sessions are held virtually, offering flexibility and privacy.
Between sessions, you’ll be invited to reflect, experiment, and apply your learning — bringing your experiences back into our next conversation for deeper exploration.
